We:

Serve as advisor to executives on organizational strategy, management development, employee issues and company culture.

Partner with executives who know ‘what to do’ with ‘how to do it.’ Success is often determined by the ‘how’.

• Example: design specific scripts to help executives communicate difficult messages with individual subordinates or teams.

Design people implementation strategies and tools for significant change:

• These people changes could include acquisitions or mergers, restructures, disgruntled employees, pay problems and exiting executives.
  
  
• Tools may include incentive plans, evaluation processes, job skills alignment, communications plans, executive coaching for improved performance, and counseling for exiting employees.
  
  
• Strategies include operational steps to implement strategies.

Provide supplemental resources for the internal human resources team during times of stress on the organization.
